intention : To bring economic opportunities to an impoverished community located in adjacent RDP houses
To facilitate the economic opportunity we will be bringing with us a team of multi skilled coloured artisans who will train the next generation artisan’s
Multidisciplinary Multi-skill,
Site layout,
Site planning,
Roads,
Services,
Brick 'n Mortar,
Conduiting,
Piping and plumbing,
Trusses timber, roofing,
Electrical work,
Solar geysers and power etc.
The funding for this will come from the Two a Day apple juicing plant. Which plans and needs the development, to accommodate existing staff and families. A medium size development of 500 plus house
Stake holders at this point are urgent to go Off Grid
Water/Power/Food
A scratch built circular economy
We have done intensive research on the potential of hydro electric power with the strong perennial river on the Easten side of the farm This plus integrated solar and managed use of power should allow this total project to go off the electricity and water grid
Going off the food grid is an integrated step. We will be using the foundations of the Farm4kidz to develop local and community supported fruit and vegetables gardens.
Providing an operational “Safe house” for abandoned children ,essentially “rescue kids” will provide the kids with safety,and a healthy structured environment to blossom, and bear fruit.
The Jones “Safe house has an established record . Thirty years of learning the ropes, the hard yard in very hard yard!
Why move. Bursting at seams. In to grow and multiply it is time now for thr Jones house to start a new chapter of training and development to facilitate a successful transfer of the opportunities to any ever growing population. In desperate need of hand skills.
A lot of fairly large “want to do”parties now coming together to contribute skills talents resources and finances to provide a structured buffer zone for the passage of future generations
