Organic Waste disposal is a major league problem
Our Government has committed to a 50% reduction of OW to landfills by 1025 and Zero by 2030
South Africa suffers from a + 60% level of unemployed youth unprecedented levels of malnutrition, starvation and access to clean water.
The Project as presented by Advanced Emoyeni presents an elegant progressive rollout to bring and advancing solution to these problems.
Organic waste.
How to Improve the Value Chain
1 Tall Boy OWC. 500kg - 40kg High Grade Compost
10 Tall Boys OWC 5000 kg - 400 kg High Grade Compost Once continuous flow is established we are able to produce
12 Tons of High Grade Compost per month.
World Class Bio Digester the Tallboy OWC built in India and to be produced in South Africa under licence is a phenomenal large scale composting digester.
So From One Site 10 Tall Boys are achieving the following. Diverting 5000 Tons of Organic waste
Producing 12 tons of High Grade compost
Scale it up... Double the site and you have suddenly got
10 000 tons OW in and 120 tons of High Grade Compost out.
At that your point YOUR PROBLEM IS STARTING TO STOP..
1. WE take into the Karoo where we spend it out and add more Ergo Fito Bio start and begin to grow pasture... over a period of time we get control of the water through Swales, flow control tyres flows and tyre dams.. We control the evaporation.. as soon as you get a cover crop in place which is not reliant nor addicted to fertiliser the soil will absorb the water and the roots through the compliment micro-fibrial bacterial action will bind the soil.. The soil will thus hold water. Mitigating the effect of erosion
2. We actively engage the impoverished starving jobless youth in the FarmerKidz program
We teach them how to farm
As ex military people... both Steve Barnard the founder of Farmerkidz active for the past 15 years has rolled out tyre farms throughout south africa.
Step Two in adding to the Value chain. Create Jobs. Alleviate hunger Grow food Introduction of the Program
